It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Juanita Karonhioktha, aged 92. Juanita was many things to many people; most importantly, she was a strong role model to Daughter Lynda (Rusty), a cherished Grandmother to Michelle (Christopher) and a doting Great Grandmother to Gracie (Nathan).
Juanita was a loving Daughter to Baptiste and Kahentawaks, a Sister to Peter, Louis, Agnes, Dolores and Clive, a special sister to Cecilia and Johnai, reuniting with all. Juanita was a dear Aunt, Cousin and Friend.

A heartfelt niawenkowa to the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre’s Inpatient Care Team’s Doctors, Nurses, PABs and Activity Team for their thoughtful understanding and compassionate care of Juanita.
Visitation at Poissant and Deer, 11:00 a.m., Sunday, July 20th with the service on July 21st, 1:00 p.m., in the Parlor.
