Ms. Ginette Desjardins of Montreal passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 79. She joins her parents, Mr. Maurice Desjardins and Ms. Thérèse Larochelle, as well as her brothers Guy and Denis.
She leaves to mourn her son Dominique (Véronica); her sisters Nicole (the late Claude) and Danielle (Ronald); her nieces Chantal (Mario), Katia, and Mélanie; her nephew Rony (Stéphanie); Rony’s son CJ, whom she dearly loved; her great-nephews Alexandre (Audrey) and Ludovic; her great-niece Audrey-Ann (Michaël); her great-great-nephew Logan; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Poissant & Fils funeral home.

The family will welcome relatives and friends on Friday, October 9, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral complex’s chapel.
The family wishes to thank all the healthcare staff who cared for Ginette throughout her life.
