Surrounded by his loved ones, Philippe Bellemare of Saint-Constant, husband of Nicole Poirier, passed away peacefully at the University of Montreal Hospital Center on September 24, 2025, at the age of 66.
He will be reunited with his sister Christiane and his brother Raymond.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Véronique (Alex), his son Benoit (Brittany), his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many relatives and friends.
He has been entrusted to the Poissant & Fils Funeral Home.

The family will welcome relatives and friends on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by the funeral at 10:00 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church, 4949 Verdun Street, Verdun.
Your expressions of sympathy can be expressed through a donation to the CHUM Foundation or the Quebec Lung Association
The family would like to thank all the nursing staff at the CHUM transplant department and Dr. Charles Poirier, Medical Director of the lung transplant program, for the excellent care provided to Mr. Philippe Bellemare.
