ROY
On April 12, 2026, after many hat tricks, Mr. Jacques “Buffalo” Roy, at the age of 69, passed away peacefully. He was a resident of Sainte-Catherine and the beloved husband of Mrs. Lina Pouliot.
He is now reunited with his parents, Noël Roy and Simone Bernard, his brothers Claude, Yvan, Bernard, Renald, Noël-Ange and Michel, as well as his sister Angèle.
Besides his wife, he leaves to mourn his daughters Émilie (Phillip) and Justine (Nicolas), his grandchildren Gabriel, Tommy, Raphaëlle, Élodie and Louis, his brothers Conrad (Louisiane), René, Réjean, and his sister Réjeanne (Michel), the Pouliot family, his nephews and nieces, as well as many relatives and friends.
He was entrusted to Poissant & Son Funeral Home.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A tribute will be held at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made through donations to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
