It is with profound sadness, but also with immense gratitude for all the love she shared throughout her life, that we announce the passing of Mrs. Lise Wade, who died peacefully on June 16, 2026, at the age of 75. She was a resident of Candiac.
Surrounded by the love of her family, serene and at peace, she passed away gently, leaving behind the memory of an exceptional woman. A beautiful soul with a big heart, always there for others, Lise was a woman of character, generous, authentic, and possessed of an incomparable sense of humor that brought joy and comfort to all who crossed her path.
She has gone to join her beloved parents, the late Mrs. Marguerite Lalonde and the late Mr. Théodore Roosevelt Wade, as well as her late sister Lorraine Labrèche (née Wade) (the late Ronald Labrèche), and her late brother Théodore Wade.
She is survived by her three beloved children: Sylvain (Caroline), Patricia (Louis), and Mélanie; her grandchildren: Karyna (Anthony), David (Samantha), Michael, Alexia, Hayden, and Keagan; and her great-grandchildren: Chloé, Zachary, William, and Thomas.
She also leaves behind her brother Victor (Lorraine), her sister Yvette, and her brother Robert, her nephews and nieces, as well as many other relatives and friends who will cherish the memory of her infectious laughter and sense of humor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Poissant & Fils Funeral Home, located at
180 Saint-Pierre Street, Saint-Constant.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Room B of the Saint-Constant funeral home, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a farewell ceremony in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 p.m.
Mrs. Wade’s ashes will be placed in the columbarium of the funeral home in a private ceremony for her immediate family. Relatives and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the columbarium starting the following day.
Her smile, her strength, and her humor will live on through all those who had the privilege of loving her.
