TOUGAS
On May 3, 2026, at the age of 82, Mrs. Claire Tougas of St-Philippe, wife of the late Claude Miron, passed away.
Besides her husband, she is predeceased by her parents, Bertha Forget and Yvon Tougas, as well as her siblings.
She leaves to mourn her children Manon (Denis), Linda (Yvon), Pierre and Sophie (Rui), her daughter-in-law Suzie (Gaby), her grandchildren Amélie, Maxime, Gabriel, Joey and Léa, her great-grandchildren Zack, Brittany and Maéva, her brother Clément (Lisette), as well as her lifelong best friend Linda Derome, and many relatives and friends.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Poissant & Son Funeral Home.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., followed by a burial, where she will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Claude.
Expressions of sympathy may be made through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Quebec Lung Association.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the CHSLD Trèfle d’Or in Laprairie, who provided invaluable support.
