Parlor of St-Constant
It is with great sadness that the family informs you of the death of Mr. Raymond Tétreault, originally from Drummondville, at the age of 88, husband of Mrs. Bernadette Turcotte Tétreault.
Raymond, commonly known as Monsieur Sourire, was a bon vivant, joker, kind with a heart of gold. Until his last moments, he danced, kept his sense of wonder and smile. He loved playing the accordion, enjoyed playing cards, fishing, bird watching, gardening and travelling. Raymond being very skilled with his hands and proud of the work accomplished, he therefore offered himself, always with open arms, to help others. Greedy by nature, he loved to enjoy a good meal surrounded by his family. His presence, his smile and the music of his accordion will be missed by all of us.
Besides his wife Bernadette, he is survived by his children Diane (Alain), Nicole, Denis (late Lise), Lise (Yves), Johanne (Yvon), Aline (François) and Emilie (Mario);
his grandchildren Pascale, Jean-Philippe, Hamie, Éric, Joël, François, Keven, Mylène, Étienne, Simon, Karine, Yoan and Karolane, his 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren;
his brother René (Lorraine), his sisters Thérèse and Rita, his sisters-in-law Annette and Jacqueline, not to mention the other members of his family, including the Turcotte family and friends.
He also leaves to mourn his great friend Jean-Guy Boucher (Ginette).
It was with a well-deserved rest and a full life that he went to join his parents, his brothers and sisters.
At the time of his death, he was entrusted to the Poissant et Fils funeral home.

The family will welcome relatives and friends there on Friday May 12 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. followed by a tribute ceremony in the chapel of the funeral complex from 5 p.m. Following the ceremony, Raymond’s ashes will be placed in the columbarium.
The family would like to warmly thank the staff of the Center d’hébergement Champlain-Jean-Louis-Lapierre for their dedication, support and the good care provided. The family also thanks all the relatives and friends for their sympathy expressed on the occasion of the death of Mr. Raymond Tétreault.
