On October 11, 2024, at Kateri Memorial hospital, Mrs. Jeannine Emond Myiow, beloved wife of the late Stanley (Snake Oil) Myiow Sr. passed away peacefully at the age of 95, surrounded by her loved ones.
Predeceased by her siblings, Maurice, Arthur, Fernand, Rolland, Irene, Yvette,René and Gerard her daughter Pearl Ann(Peter) her grandson Casey Lee and her son-in-law’s Ronnie (Frosty) and David Cross.
She leaves to mourn her sister Antonia her children, Carol, Linda, Marina, Eve (Roger)and Stanley Jr. Her 15 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
The wife of a fisherman who could clean a mean sturgeon.
Jeannine was a soft-spoken, selfless woman who always put her family first, her kindness was just as strong as her will to shop and she shopped until the very end.
She was a remarkable little woman who left a positive impact on everyone she met, and we will sure miss her.
The family are receiving relatives and friends on Sunday October 13, 2024 starting at 3h pm followed by a ceremony on Tuesday October 15, at 1h pm.
Burial will follow on the same day at Protestant Cemetery.
