Jimmy
McComber
James Darren McComber began his next journey on January 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
He was predeceased by his loving mother, Myrle in 2008.
Jimmy was born on February 10, 1967 and is survived by his devoted father and friend, Leonard (Georgia); his cherished daughter, Nikarenná:’a; son-in-law, Dakota; and his adored grandchildren, Karenní:io, Tekaná:take, and Kaniatarà:ke, whom he doted on and loved so dearly.
Also left to mourn his passing are his sister, Terry; brother-in-law, John; nephew, Karahkwí:io; truest of friends Donna Jacobs; his Uncle Clifford; Aunts Helen and Margie; great-aunt Freida; as well as numerous cousins, friends, and coworkers whose lives he touched.
Jimmy had a deep love for hockey and took great pride in skating alongside his grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
He will be remembered for his humor, his kind heart, and the way he could bring laughter into any room.
Above all, Jimmy’s greatest joy was his daughter and her beautiful family. His love for them will continue to live on through the many stories, smiles, and memories.
Jimmy’s presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

The family are receiving relatives and friends on Sunday January 25, from 10h30 am, followed by a ceremony on Monday January 26, at 11 am.
