Obituary

Surrounded by her family, on August 7, 2026, at the age of 70 years old, passed away Constance Marie Foote. She is predeceased by her parents James and Herta Foote, and granddaughter Savannah.

She leaves behind her children : Vonna (Jeffery) and Ralph (Dana). Long time partner Victor. Her grandchildren : Raven (Travis), Beauv (Tasha) and Ryleigh. Her siblings : Osler, Nat, Gayla and Jim (Monica). Along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt thank you to the home care workers at Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre, the nurses and doctors at the CHUM, and the Kahnawake Fire Brigade EMTs for the incredible care, compassion, patience and kindness you showed Ma throughout this journey.

A very special thanks to the KFB EMTs for the multiple trips into the city, for always making sure Ma was comfortable and safe, and for going above and beyond to provide her with that extra care along the way. Your patience, kindness and compassion during each trip meant more to our family than words can express.

Thank you everyone who cared for Ma, comforted her, advocated for her, and treated her with dignity and respect every step of the way. Your kindness not only meant so much to Ma, but also brought comfort and reassurance to our entire family during some of the most difficult moments.

We will forever be grateful for everything you did for Ma and for the genuine care and compassion you showed her. You each played an important part in her journey, and that is something our family will nerver forget.

She is intrusted with the funeral Poissant & Deer, Kahnawake.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, August 10^th at 2pm until 11pm; Tuesday, August 11^th at 9am to Wednesday, August 12^th. Service in the funeral home at 1pm. Burial to follow at Kateri cemetery.
