Jacques Deschênes, husband of the late Mrs. Germaine Corbin, passed away in Saint-Philippe on June 9, 2025, at the age of 91.
He is survived by his children, Lise (Vicente), Johanne, and Gilles (Marie-Josée), his grandchildren, Julie (Conan), Samuel, and Joannie, his nephews and nieces, as well as many relatives and friends.
He has been entrusted to the Poissant & Fils Ltd. funeral home.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a liturgy of the word at 12:00 p.m. in the complex chapel.
Your expressions of sympathy may include a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
The family would like to thank the entire nursing staff at Anna Laberge Hospital for the excellent care provided to Mr. Jacques Deschênes.
