Tanguay
Mrs. Collette Tanguay Bruneau of Ville Saint-Rémi, wife of the late Mr. Émilien Bruneau, passed away peacefully at the Pierre-Rémi-Narbonne Long-Term Care Facility on September 16, 2025, at the age of 95.
She will be reunited with her three little angels, Jacob, Kathy, and Audrey.
She is survived by her children, Jean-Yves, Gilles, France (Thaddy), Richard (Monelle), Paule, Dany, Jocelyn, Johanne (Claude), Harold (Julie), Michel (Carole), Régis (Céline), Sonia (Chrystian), her 31 grandchildren, her 40 great-grandchildren, her two great-great-grandchildren, her nephews and nieces, as well as many relatives and friends.
She has been entrusted to the Poissant & Fils Funeral Home

The family will welcome relatives and friends on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., followed by a farewell ceremony at 4 p.m. in the complex’s chapel.
Expressions of sympathy may be made through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
The family would like to thank all the nursing staff at the CHSLD Pierre-Rémi-Narbonne in Saint-Rémi for the excellent care provided to Mrs. Collette Tanguay.

C’est avec beaucoup de tristesse que nous avons appris le décès de votre maman.
Malheureusement, des raisons familiales nous empêchent d’être présents aux funérailles, mais nos pensées seront avec vous en cette journée difficile.
Je garde de très beaux souvenirs de votre maman — sa gentillesse, sa chaleur et son sourire resteront toujours gravées dans ma mémoire.
