Obituary
Patrick
Plouffe
It is with immense sadness and profound sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Patrick Plouffe, a resident of Saint-Constant, who passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 48.
Taken from us far too soon, Patrick leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
A passionate, wholehearted man full of energy, Patrick lived life at full speed. He approached everything with enthusiasm and determination, always guided by his convictions and deeply committed to his values. A tireless worker, he never backed down from a challenge and was never afraid to roll up his sleeves. Generous and always willing to help others, he was someone people could count on, no matter the circumstances.
Passionate about music and history, he loved discovering new things, learning, and sharing his knowledge. But beyond all his passions, his greatest treasure was his family. A loving husband, a devoted father, a caring stepfather, and an affectionate grandfather, Patrick always placed his loved ones at the very heart of his life. His love, his presence, and the values he passed on to them will forever remain among the most precious memories he leaves behind.
Beloved son of Mr. Christian Plouffe and Mrs. Réjeanne Paradis, he leaves to mourn his cherished wife, Mrs. Nathalie Ouellet; his beloved children, Mélodie and Samuel; his children by love, Gabriel (Rosie) and Karolann (Samuel); and his adored grandchildren, Charlie, Alexis, and Arthur.
He also leaves to mourn his sisters, Mélanie and Véronique; his parents-in-law, Mr. André Ouellet and Mrs. Francine McKenzie; his brother-in-law Benoit and his family; his aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Mr. Plouffe was entrusted to Poissant & Fils Funeral Home.

Patrick, you lived with passion, loved with all your heart, and gave generously without ever expecting anything in return. Your time with us was far too short, but the love you shared and the memories you leave behind will live on in our hearts, forever.
