JACOBS
Roy T. Jacobs born January 1st, 1944 in Kahnawake Quebec, passed away peacefully on March 28th after fighting leukemia for the last few months.
Roy worked at Indian Affairs where he met his wife Lucienne, worked in Restigouche N.B. and then transferred to Ottawa where they settled in Aylmer for 54 years of married life raising 3 children, Ryan (Kim), Eva (Dave) and Kateri (Phil) and now 6 grand-children, Ella, Riley, Noah, Vance, George and Evelyn. He is survived by his sister Hazel.
He was the proudest grand-father following the grand-kids in their sporting events and studies.
Roy was a great athlete, played golf and hockey until his knees could no longer stand it.
His family will celebrate his life at Poissant Funeral Home Saturday May 3rd from noon to 3pm followed by the burial. All are invited to say farewell to this wonderful human being that touched so many lives
