ROY
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Richard Roy, of Candiac, who passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 76.
Born to the late Mr. Raymond Roy and the late Mrs. Yvette Labrecque, he was the beloved husband of Mrs. Lynda Fréchette.
Besides his beloved wife, Lynda, he leaves to mourn his daughter, Katleen (Philippe), his cherished grandsons, Gabriel and Samuel, his mother-in-law, Mrs. Florida Pilote (the late Mr. Louis-Philippe Fréchette), his brothers and sisters, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews, as well as many relatives and friends.
The family wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude to the entire healthcare team for their comforting presence, unwavering support, compassionate care for Mr. Roy and his family, and for the exceptional care provided throughout his illness.
His memory will forever remain engraved in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Roy has been entrusted to the care of Poissant & Son Funeral Home.
