Obituary

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Gabrielle Rémillard of Delson, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on May 6, 2026, at the CHSLD of Sainte-Catherine, at the venerable age of 100 years and 8 months. Through her exceptional longevity, she witnessed an entire century of history, leaving behind the memory of a loving, generous woman deeply devoted to her family.

She is now reunited with her daughter Lyne, who left far too soon.

Daughter of the late Bernadette Roy and the late Joseph Rémillard, she was the wife of the late Gaston Perras.

She leaves to mourn her children Ghislaine (Jean-Claude) and Alain (Suzie), her grandchildren Mélanie (Michael), Martin (Geneviève), Éric (Lonny) and Marc-Olivier, her great-grandchildren Maxim, Jules-Henry, Rafaël, Lou and Romy, her sister-in-law Paula Boyer, her nieces and nephews, as well as many relatives and friends.

Mrs. Rémillard was entrusted to Poissant & Fils Funeral Home.

The family will receive relatives and friends for condolences on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the LaSalle Chapel of the Saint-Constant Funeral Complex. A Farewell Ceremony will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the same location.

The burial will take place at a later date in complete privacy at the Delson Cemetery.

The family would like to sincerely thank the caring staff of the CHSLD of Sainte-Catherine for the excellent care provided to Mrs. Gabrielle Rémillard, as well as the doctors, nurses, and all those who cared for her with dedication and kindness.
