Obituary

Surrounded by her loving family on the morning of November 2, 2024 at the age of 60 Mrs Shelley Norton passed away peacefully in her home. Predeceased by her mother Agnes Delaronde and Father Charlie Robertson.

She leaves behind to mourn; her loving and devoted husband of 38 years Lester Norton, her son Travis (Kahsennati). Grandsons Rahontsanóhstha, Rahwatsirarò:roks. Siblings, ZsaZsa (Warren), Millie (Cookie), Willy, Angie (Darcy), Lisa (Brennen). Her loving pets, Mavis, Tater, and Johnny Kweskwes. Her Nieces and nephews, Carly, Cory, Courtney, Brett, Gage, Sky, Clive, Bonnie, Ruby, Summer, Bear, Charlie, Lauren, and Tyler, Tekanakerehkwen, Taronhiathe, Ro’nikonhkátste, Iohsennóntion, Enhakanhoton, Kawennitakhe, Tiohahison, Wa’kenhrawakon, Tiotati, Iehrhi:saks, as well her great nieces and nephew Tiohahíson, Wa’kenhrawá:kon, Tiotá:ti and Iehrhí:saks.  She also leaves behind her Mother in-law Helen Norton, in-laws Rosanne (George) Fawn (Tony), best-friends Susie, Coco, Claire.

Family will start receiving visitors at 7:00pm on Monday November 4th, 2024at the home of Lester and Shelley Norton on OCR. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday November 6th, 2024 starting at 2:00pm at the home of Lester and Shelley Norton followed by burial at Catholic cemetery.

The Family wishes to thank the paramedics at the Kahnawà:ke fire brigade. The medical care provided by Jewish General, Kateri memorial Hospital, and Home and Community Care Services. As well as Tetewatatia’takéhnhahs for their support.
