It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Martha Cummings, 83 years old, of Delson, originally from the Îles-de-la-Madeleine, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the Samuel-de-Champlain Palliative Care Center in Brossard. She was the beloved wife of Mr. Josué Nadeau.
She now joins her parents Euclide Cummings and Rosalie Cyr, as well as her two brothers Arnold and Ghislain.
In addition to her husband Josué, she is survived by her daughter Danielle (Pierre), her son Denis (Carole), her brothers Aurèle (Gisèle) and Normand (Odile), her sister Victoria (Cyrille), her sisters-in-law Denise, Françoise, Évangéline (late Xavier) and Rita (late Pierre), as well as her nieces, nephews, and many relatives and friends.
She has been entrusted to the care of

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the chapel of the complex, followed by a Farewell Ceremony.
Expressions of sympathy may be made through a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
