LACOMBE
It is with heavy hearts and sadness that we annonce the passing of our mother and grandmother, Claudette Lacombe Rice, who passed away peacefully at Anna-Laberge Hospital on November 4th, 2025 at the age of 82. She will be joining her beloved husband, Clifford Rice.
She is survived by her sisters Andrée, Johanne; her children Vicky (Mel), Clifford; her grandchildren Cory (Lauryn), Ie’nahkwenhawi Feather and many friends.
A very special thank you to all the staff of the Long Term Care Unit at the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre for their exceptional care and compassion.
She was entrusted with Poissant and Deer.

My condolences. I met Claudette accidently when I was parked in her driveway a few years ago. I helped her and unbeknownst to her, she in turn made a lasting impression on me. I thought of her often, always grateful that we met that day. She was such a beautiful lady. May she rest in peace, reunited with her husband.
