Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Alice Beaulieu. After a long life filled with love, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones.

Of Saint-Rémi, she passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 90, at Anna-Laberge Hospital in Châteauguay. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Beaulieu and the late Mrs. Marie Yelle. She has now joined her beloved husband, the late Mr. François Poissant.

She leaves to mourn her children Nicole (Daniel) and Jean-Pierre (Chantal), her grandchildren Jean-François (Alexandra), Bianca (Marc-André), and Patrick (son of Chantal), her great-grandchildren Casey and Thomas, her nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends.

She was entrusted to the Poissant & Fils Funeral Home Ltd.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Saint-Rémi funeral complex, followed by a farewell ceremony at the same location at 4:00 p.m.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a donation to a foundation of your choice.

The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Anna-Laberge Hospital, and especially Dr. Michèle Lemay, for the excellent care and dedication provided to Mrs. Beaulieu.
