Nias (Angus) Kaiontake’ron Skye found peace at dawn on 11th of November 2023. He is reunited with his mom, dad and brother Joey. Celebrating a life well lived filled with love, great people and many adventures.
We were blessed to have him in our family, more than ever thankful are his son Taronhia:teka, sister Rheena, brothers Ronald (Leslie), Harold (Shari), Johnny (Stephanie), Jimmy, sister-in-law Jill, nieces, nephews and godchildren. Adopted daughters Nikki, Melissa, Donya, Kaniehtenha:wi and all their children especially his Teio.
Close to his heart of many cousins Wendy, Beverly, Laurie, Ginny, Geraldine, Joanne and Esther. His wealth was in his good friends particularly Landon, Joy (lil sis), Terry, Louis, Lori, Belva, Benji, Ricky and Lynn.
Nia:wen Kowa to our extended family, the Home Care Team who supported us in his care. Special thanks to our treasured family doctor Aurel Bruemmer. Cedars Cancer Center, Drs. Zeitoni, Mascarella, Bougamin and Tanguay and the best Pivot Nurse – Elizabeth Blouin. The KMHC pharmacy, cancer support group and the Kahnawake Fire Brigade. Through your support we were able to meet his wish of being at home till the end.
Resting at Deer and Poissant Funeral Home, Kahnawake, Visitation begins Saturday November 11th at 2:00pm till Monday November 13th at 1:30 pm. Then to St. Francis Xavier Mission service at 2:00pm. His final wish was in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Heating System Fund – Saint Francis Xavier Mission – Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Shrine in his memory.
