Surrounded by her family, on December 18, 2025, at the age of 97 years old, passed away Herta Frazier Foote.
She is predeceased by her parents Ray Frazier and Nathalie Diaume, her loving husband James Conrad Foote & her brothers, Ray Frazier Jr. and Ord Frazier.

She is survived by her children : Osler, Nathalie, Gayla, Connie (Victor) & Jim (Monica)

Her grandchildren : Vonna (Jeffery), Eric, Micheal (Bryna), Ralph (Dana), Aaron (Lesley), Herta (Quinn), Jim (Martine), Jon (Shannon), Iehente (Tehotote), Kahentiiohstha (Justino), Kawennitake & Teiotsisathe (Adriel)

Her great grandchildren : Raven (Travis), Evan, Daytona (Leigh), Beauv (Tasha), Jarrod, Breanne, Megan (Troy), Lakota (Blake), Daniel (Ebony) , Sierra (Wawa), Maddy (Nick), Ryleigh, Cody (Ella),Cassidy, Faith, Lennox, Zane & Tewatehrákwen.
Along with her great great grandchildren, nieces & nephew plus many step grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Our family would like to extend our deepest and most sincere thanks to Kateri Hospital for everything you did to make Mama feel truly at home. Your compassion, kindness, and dedication meant more to us than words can express. To all the PABs, nurses, kitchen staff, security, and social workers—thank you for the care, respect, and comfort you provided each and every day. Your patience, warmth, and professionalism made a difficult time much easier and ensured Mama was always treated with dignity and love. A very special thank you to the Activity Coordinators for bringing joy, comfort, and meaningful moments into her days. Your efforts truly made a difference and brought smiles that we will always cherish. We are forever grateful to each and every one of you for the incredible care and humanity you showed. Thank you for treating Mama not just as a patient, but as family.

She is entrusted with the funeral home Poissant and Deer.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday January 3, at 2:00pm, Sunday January 4 and Monday January 5, followed by a funeral at 11:00am at St-Francis Xavier Mission.
Burial followed on the same day at Kateri Cemetery.”
