Passed away at home on July 4th surrounded by his family after his battle with cancer. He is predeceased by his parents Mitchell and Virginia and his aunt Gerry.
He is survived by his loving wife Linda Phillips, his sons Keith (Christine) and Phillip (Rebecca), Andy (Tammy), grandchildren Violet Patience, Kobe, Colton and Nicole, Amaris, Andrew Jr., Aliyah, sister Toni (Bob), Brothers Mike (Mary), Pat (Donna), Dennis, Bo (Patty), Jeff (Laurie), mother-in-law Lillian, sister-in-law Ida (Tony), brother-in-law Denis (Francine), many nieces and nephews , also nephew Jaeden, aunts and uncles and his “adopted” kids. He also leaves behind his bestest buddies Benji, Boot and Charlie.

Visitation will be July 5 – 7, 2012. Funeral services will be held at the St.Francis Xavier Mission on July 7th at 2:00pm.
